All items handmade by me, Amy. I use a mid range translucent porcelain fired in an electric kiln and a high temperature porcelain for wood firing. All glazes are food safe. I work out of a studio with 10 other ceramic artists at Stark Street Studios in Portland, Oregon.
Custom requests are considered at the discretion of the artist.
Most items are Microwave and dishwasher safe unless otherwise noted in the description, however, hand washing is recommended.

Just what I wanted!! Amy replied to my request for something she did not currently have on her website. She checked her inventory, made it immediately available to me online, and had it boxed and on my doorstep in just a few days. She sent me a photo so I could pick my favorite of 3 left. One woman ceramic business in Portland, Oregon.

Two decades ago I moved to Portland, OR and landed a small closet of a space in one of the longest operating ceramic studios in the city. With a full time job and endless hiking trails to explore in I found little time to make pots but I held on to that little closet. Over the years I hop scotched around the building and finally landed in my current space with plenty of room, lots of light, and large doors that open onto the ever evolving street. Eventually the balance shifted and ceramics has become the full time job. I do still make time to get out and explore our beautiful Pacific Northwest landscape where I find endless inspiration for my work.
